Mr. Sanjay Sethi is a global leader in agribusiness and has led Africa and Asia focused teams on agribusiness investment developing and managing large commercial farms, agri infrastructure, irrigation and agri business companies. He is a trusted advisor to various governments, corporations and investment funds with expertise recognized with awards including “The Africa Food Prize 2013”.
Mr. Sanjay Sethi undertook many infrastructure projects like setting up India’s first Mega Food Park for Patanjali Ayurved and India’s first Free Trade Warehousing Zone. He led Jain Irrigation’s Africa business and managed an agri focused fund for Africa. Mr. Sethi has been a Founding Representative to G8‘s “New Alliance for Food Security and Nutrition” and World Economic Forum’s “Grow Africa” initiatives which together are transforming the investment climate in African Agriculture. In his present role as Director, Sustainability at Phoenix Global, he is setting up integrated supply chains in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe.
