Born in Portadown, Northern Ireland. Educated at Portadown College and studied Business Administration in London, specializing in Transportation and Logistics.
Started working in the Bulk Transportation before moving in Air Courier sector with DHL based at Heathrow Airport. Moved then into manufacuring Logistics within the Recorded Media Industry to work for Mayking Multimedia in the manufacture and pressing of CD, CD Rom, DVD and magnestic tapes.
Moved into the Dairy sector with French Dairy Giant Lactalis as Head of Logistics for UK & Ireland. Role was to oversee all the UK & Ireland Logistics Division. Oversaw Lactalis logistics growth in UK & Ireland medium sized Continental Cheese Supplier to the largest supplier of French and Italian Dairy Proucts.
Relocated to the Middle East with Al Ghurair Foods to head up their Logistics and Distribution Division for Flour, Oil & Grains Manufacturing Plants.
Then moved to Al Dahra Agricultural as Supply Chain Director working with UAE Government on Human & Animal Food Security Programs.
Currently General Manager for Carrfields Forage & Grain in UAE supplying animal feeds, seeds, soft grains and agricultural products into the MENA region
